THE SPORT

RAQBALL is an emerging sport blending elements from several tradition sports into a unique an dynamic game. A sport breaking new ground, it combines the use of a full range of motor skills.

Players have each a racket in their hand, using a soft ball, to dribble, pass, cooperate and shoot at the target.

The goal is to win the match. A team achieves victory by scoring the highest number of points from shots on target.

A sport requiring not only dexterity, strategy, and precision, but also intensity, it suits both families and committed competitors.

THE GAME

RAQBALL is played by two teams of three players each (plus three replacements per team), one against the other on a court of 20 m long and 10 m wide.

The playing time is 20 minutes, divided in 4 periods of 5 minutes each.

Each player is equipped by a RAQQET used to hit a ball to score in the opponent’s TARGGET and defending its own targget from the score of the opponent.

The players achieve their mission by passing the ball between team-mates and moving individually all around the court, passes, drib’ups (dribbling) and a 1ground (bounce on the floor) may be performed during the game to attack or defend the targget (target).

The winner will be the team that at the end of the 20 minutes time will have scored more points than the opponent.
